  • Eligibility & selection criteria

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

    • Have applied for and received admission to the Melbourne Juris Doctor in the upcoming intake; and
    • Be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, and be accepted as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander by the community in which they live, or formerly lived.

    Selection criteria

    The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic merit. The Committee may also consider the applicant's demonstrated commitment and contribution to the Indigenous community.

  • When will I know the outcome?

    Successful recipients will receive an outcome by the end of November.
