The Caroline Kay’s Scholarship in Botany was established by the Caroline Kay’s Scholarship Fund and is offered to students enrolling in the Doctor of Philosophy – Science and undertaking research in Botany.

Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Have applied and met entry requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy - Science
- Be undertaking research in the field of Botany
Selection criteria
The scholarship is offered to the student(s) ranked highest based on their weighted average mark for Botany subjects undertaken in the course completed by the student to gain entry to the Doctor of Philosophy - Science. In the event of a tie, the scholarship will be split equally.
Conditions
This scholarship is subject to the University’s Graduate Research Scholarship Terms and Conditions and cannot be deferred. In addition, students must agree to the University sharing their name and course details with the donor of their scholarship and a note of appreciation and a brief report on the benefits of the scholarship if requested.
