To provide creative development grants for a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Theatre) alum who has graduated within the past 5 years from date of application. The Grant is intended to support a project leading to further professional and creative development of the recipient.

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

    • be an alumnus of the Victorian College of the Arts (Theatre) within the 5 years previous.

    Selection criteria

    Eligible applicants will be assessed on an application  explaining the vision, rationale and budget for their project, along with any key personnel associated.

    Shortlisted applicants may be  required to interview at a date to be determined.

    A showing/reading of the work in development is to be presented to an invited audience as an outcome of the grant. This is to be managed by VCA Theatre with input from the recipient production team.
