This scholarship is awarded to eligible Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students undertaking full time study of dance at the VCA, at either undergraduate or graduate level.

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

    • be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
    • be enrolled in Dance in a full time capacity at the Faculty of Fine Art and Music

    Selection criteria

    Eligible applicants will be assessed on the basis of merit by Dance and Wilin Representatives and Anne Kantor OAM.

What are the benefits?

A single payment of approximately $10,000 which may be shared between applicants.

Successful recipients are required to write a letter of thanks and provide an artistic biography for the donors or trustees. On occasion, recipients will be contacted to provide a progress report.
