MBS Social Enterprise Scholarship for APSIC (Asia Pacific Social Impact Centre)

Melbourne Business School has partnered with the Asia Pacific Social Impact Centre to offer scholarships for managers and administrators at Australia social enterprises for the Graduate Certificate of Business (Online) program. At Melbourne Business School we recognise that for social enterprises to have the greatest impact, you need to build business capability within your team. Increasingly, enterprises which can confidently use financial information to make informed business decisions and are able to create more value for their organisation and stakeholders, will be better placed to deliver meaningful outcomes. The Graduate Certificate in Business (Online) is a 100% online course which provides foundation studies in a range of business disciplines including finance, accounting, economics, management and marketing. You may choose four subjects from a selection of six, delivered by some of Melbourne Business School's leading academics.

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to:

    • Have completed an undergraduate degree in any discipline
    • Be employed at an Australian social enterprise
  • Application process
    • Apply via the Graduate Certificate of Business (Online)
    • Include a personal statement of up to 500 words describing your personal motivation to undertake further study, and how undertaking the Graduate Certificate in Business (Online) could positively impact your organisation
      • Your personal statement must refer to the 'MBS Social Enterprise Scholarship' in the subject header
    • Include a personal statement describing how the scholarship will help you and your enterprise deliver its objectives
