Cranbourne Scholarship in Visual Art

The Cranbourne Scholarship in Visual Art will support two incoming Master of Contemporary Art (Visual Art) students. Applicants must be incoming students at the Victorian College of the Arts School of Art from the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music. This scholarship will open for application biennially, from 2023.

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

    • be  accepted into Master of Contemporary Art (Visual Art) in the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music

    Selection criteria

    Applications will be assessed by a selection committee comprising Head of Art and academic staff. The Dean will approve the recipient.

  • Application process

    Incoming MCA applicants will be assessed on the basis of their application materials.

  • When will I know the outcome?

    Recipients will be notified at the end of the year.

2 scholarships of $30,000 will be awarded (paid as 4 semesterly amounts of $7,500 across 2 years).
