The Behrend Memorial Travel Scholarships is offered to student who are enrolled in the Master of Science in Mathematics and Statistics and are undertaking travel associated with research and study, including, but not limited to, participation in conferences or workshops.

To be considered for this scholarship, you must be enrolled in the Master of Science (Mathematics and Statistics).

Selection criteria

The scholarship is offered to the student(s) ranked highest by the selection panel based on their:

  • Proposed impact of travel on research and study in the Master of Science (Mathematics & Statistics)
  • Academic merit based on Master of Science (Mathematics & Statistics) coursework results.
