The Business and Economics Graduate Merit Scholarship is awarded to high achieving students who are enrolling in a graduate degree with the Faculty of Business and Economics.
Benefits
This scholarship provides a fee sponsorship of 25% or 50% for an Overseas Fee Place for the duration of the course.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must have applied for and meet the entry requirements for an Overseas Fee Place in a graduate coursework degree within the Faculty of Business and Economics.
Selection criteria
The scholarship is offered to the student(s) ranked highest based on their course entry score. The 50 per cent fee sponsorship will be offered to the top-ranked students, followed by the 25 per cent fee sponsorship for the next highest-ranked students. Cut-off scores are determined by the number of available scholarships.
In the event of a tie, more or fewer awards will be offered.
Conditions
This scholarship is subject to the Faculty of Business and Economics Scholarship Terms and Conditions, and cannot be deferred. In addition, students must pass all subjects and achieve a minimum 65 WAM in each half-year study period.

How to apply
You are automatically considered for this scholarship if you have applied for admission for commencement in the award year.
When will I know the outcome?
Scholarships selection and awarding will be conducted on an ongoing basis, with scholarships usually issued alongside an eligible course offer.
Successful applicants will be notified by email and the scholarship offer letter will be sent with the course offer or shortly thereafter. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified.
