Summary
The A J Francis Scholarships were established by friends and associates of Professor A J Francis and are awarded to students who achieved the highest marks in the penultimate year of one of the Engineering masters by coursework degrees.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Be enrolled in any of the 200-point or 300-point engineering masters degrees
- Have completed at least 62.5 points but fewer than 125 points of study.
Selection criteria
The scholarship is offered to the student(s) ranked highest based on their weighted average mark for subjects at the end of their penultimate year of their engineering masters degree.
In the event of a tie, the scholarship will be awarded to the student with the highest weighted average mark for subjects undertaken in the most recently completed semester.
Conditions
Students must agree to the University providing their name and course details to the donor of their scholarship and provide a brief report on the benefits of the scholarship if requested.
