Summary
The Alice Barber Memorial Award was established by the Alice Barber Memorial Fund Committee in memory of Alice Barber MBBS (1906), a practitioner in the field of psychotherapy and a teacher in the University.
To assist graduates, whether by way of grants, scholarships, loans or otherwise and whether for study in Australia or elsewhere, who are qualified to train in Psychotherapy and who undertake to practise for at least five years in Australia; and (b) to arrange lectures in Psychotherapy whether by overseas lecturers or otherwise.
