The Andrew Kirby Award for Research Excellence is offered to high achieving student(s) who are enrolled in the Bachelor of Science (Honours) or the Master of Science (Chemistry) and are undertaking a research project in Chemistry.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this award, you must have completed:
- the Bachelor of Science (Degree with Honours) and completed 62.5 points of research project subjects, or
- the Master of Science (Chemistry) and completed 125 points of research project subjects
Selection criteria
The prize is offered to eligible student(s) with the highest weighted average mark across the research subjects.
