Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate course in Music (Jazz and Improvisation or Interactive Composition), Theatre, Production or Music Theatre in the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music.
Music Theatre will only consider 2nd year undergraduates. All other participating disciplines will select from any year level.
Selection criteria
Eligible applicants will be assessed on artistic merit, academic merit, career aspirations, financial need and likely success in completing the proposed course of study.

How to apply
Applications are accepted in round one of the Student Financial Assessment scheme (link below). This scheme is open year round but you can ONLY be considered for the Cassidy if you apply within the round 1 dates.
- Round 1: Opens 1 January - closes 9 March
Submit an online Student Financial Assessment form in the relevant round by the closing date.
The application form will be available when the round is open.
When will I know the outcome?
Successful applicants for will be notified of the outcome of their application via email in April. Your outcome will not reference the Cassidy as all round 1 Student Financial Assessment scheme applicants are automatically considered for the Cassidy by the Fine Arts and Music scholarships office.
