Summary
CitiPower and Powercor Scholarship for Women in Electrical Engineering is offered to student who enrolled in the first year of the Master of Electrical Eningeering, identify as a woman and are experiencing disadvantage circumstances.
Benefits
This scholarship provides a living allowance of $10,000 per year for two years, paid in half-yearly instalments of $5,000 in April and September.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Identify as a women
- Be in your first year of Master of Electrical Engineering
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia
Selection criteria
Applications will be considered based on the strength of your personal statement outlining:
- Your study and career aspirations
- Any disadvantaged circumstances faced or currently facing and the impact this has had on your studies
- The impact this scholarship support will have for you
Preference will be given to students experiencing disadvantage
Conditions
The student must maintain satisfactory progress for the duration of the scholarship.

You must submit an online application via the Faculty of Engineering & IT Round 1 Scholarships webpage.
When will I know the outcome?
