David Yencken PhD Scholarship in Landscape Architecture

We invite proposals concerned with the contribution of Landscape Architecture as generator of design research to benefit ecological sustainability in the context of critical challenges to the integrity of natural and built environments. In particular, research is welcomed that focuses on the effects of Climate Change or Biodiversity Loss on ecological and social systems to support broad inter-disciplinary thinking that facilitates and drives novel strategies for complex landscapes. Other submissions with different topics are open to consideration

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to:

    • be a domestic student and
    • meet the University's graduate research entry requirements.

    Selection criteria

    Applicants must submit an Expression of Interest. You will be asked for your CV, academic transcripts, and a research proposal. Short listed applicants will be interviewed. Further information can be found on the scholarship flyer available on the Faculty website.

    Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview and to apply for graduate research candidature through the University of Melbourne.

What are the benefits?
