The Dean of Science Bursary is offered to students who are enrolled in a masters degree by coursework with the Faculty of Science and are experiencing finanical need.

Eligibility and selection criteria

Eligibility

To be considered for this bursary, you must:

  • be an Australian/domestic student
  • be undertaking a Masters by coursework program in the Faculty of Science, and
  • demonstrate Financial Need by completing the online Student Financial Assessment Form by no later than the 6th of March 2022,
  • demonstrate the potential impact of financial assistance by completing the online Student Personal Statement Form by no later than the 17th of March 2022.

Selection criteria

Eligible candidates will be ranked based on level of disadvantage based on financial need.

Please take note of the below Student Financial Assessment (SFA) Form deadlines:

  • Applications open on the 1st of January 2022
  • Applications close on the 6th of March 2022

Applicants who do not adhere to these deadlines will not be considered for this scholarship.
