The Dwight Prize is established with a gift from Henry Tolman Dwight and is offered to students with the highest mark for second-year Veterinary Parasitology, Veterinary Pathology and Veterinary Microbiology subjects.

About the donor

The original donor, Henry T. Dwight, was a bookseller and publisher and left money to the University on his death in 1891. There are several other disciplines in other faculties for which there are Dwight's Prizes.
