The Faculty of Business and Economics Undergraduate Deputy Dean Awards were established to acknowledge high achieving undergraduate students. The awards aim to encourage and recognise Bachelor of Commerce students who demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and strong community engagement, both within and outside the University.

  • Eligibility & selection criteria

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

    • be enrolled in the Bachelor of Commerce in the Faculty of Business and Economics
    • have a minimum WAM of 80%
    • be able to demonstrate community involvement and leadership potential

    Current scholarship holders are eligible to apply.

    Students must not be in their final semester at the time of application.

    Selection criteria

    The scholarships will be awarded by the Faculty of Business and Economics on recommendation from the Selection Panel.

    Short-listed candidates may be required to attend an interview. Selection is based on:

    • Demonstrated community involvement and leadership potential
    • Academic Merit (Weighted Average Mark of 80 or above)
  • Application process

    Submit an online application, including:

    • A cover letter, addressing the eligibility criteria
    • A current resume, including at least 2 referees
    • A copy of your current Statement of Results (available from the Student Portal)
