Established from donations to the University of Melbourne 2006 Annual Appeal. This scholarship provides an annual allowance for up to 2 years for high achieving graduate coursework students.

  • Eligibility & selection criteria


    To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to:

    • be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
    • have received an offer for a domestic fee-paying or Commonwealth Supported Place to study the Master of Teaching
    • intend to enrol as a full-time student in the 2021 intake of the Master of Teaching (any stream) at the University of Melbourne.

    Selection criteria

    Eligible candidates are selected on the basis of academic merit, taking personal circumstances into consideration.

  • Application process

    Submit an online application. The application form will be available when the scholarship opens.

  • When will I know the outcome?

    Offers will be made by February 2021 at the latest.

What are the benefits?

An allowance of $5,000 per year for up to two years.

The allowance is paid in installments in April and September of each year.
