Summary
The Geography, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences Student Research Grant is offered to students and graduate researchers enrolled in an Honours or graduate coursework or research degree in the School of Geography, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences to assist with expenses related to a research project credited to their enrolled degree.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this grant, you must:
- Be enrolled in a research, graduate coursework or Honours degree in the School of Geography, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences
- Be undertaking a research project that is credited to your degree
- Not have previously received a Geography, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences Student Research Grant.
Selection criteria
The grant is offered to all eligible students and graduate researchers.
Conditions
Students and graduate researchers must:
- Sign a budget agreement form in consultation with their supervisor that the award amount will be spent on research-related expenses only
- Agree to provide a brief report on the use of the grant funding if requested.

How to apply
You must submit an application and include:
- Details of your research project and potential expenses
- A budget agreement form in consultation with your supervisor.
Graduate Research students may apply for this award at any time during their candidature. Graduate coursework and Honours students are eligible to apply after the census date of the commencing semester of their research project.
