    To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to:

    • be enrolled at the University of Melbourne
    • provide evidence of financial need

    Selection criteria

    Selection is processed via Melbourne Scholarships and Bursaries, on the basis of financial need.

  • Application process

    Submit an online Financial Aid Grant application by the closing date.

  • When will I know the outcome?

    Students will be notified of the student bursary outcomes in late May.

    The late Mrs Eugenie Johnston BA (1938) bequeathed this scholarship to commemorate her late husband, Dr Charles Hugh Johnston MBBS (1937).
