J H Mirams Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was established by Alice Ida Mirams to commemorate her son James Herbert Mirams, who was an engineering student at the University of Melbourne before serving in the 13th Field Company of Australian Engineers at Gallipoli in World War I. This scholarship is available to students entering specialised masters programs in the Melbourne School of Engineering.

What are the benefits?
The J H Mirams Scholarship is paid in two instalments after the census date of the recipient's first and second semester, for a maximum of one year.
Students must achieve a weighted average mark of 65 or higher to maintain their scholarship payments.
This scholarship is not transferrable to other courses at the University of Melbourne.
