Summary
The James Cuming Prize was established in 1910 by James Cuming, Head Chemist and later Manager of fertiliser company, Cuming Smith and Co. He was founder of the Society of Chemical Industry of Victoria and is also commemorated by a lecture theatre and research laboratory in the School of Chemistry.The prize is awarded to the student with the top mark in a subject relating to the study of agricultural chemistry.

The award will be offered to the student(s) with the highest WAM across subjects containing Agricultural Chemistry (currently AGRI10050 and AGRI10051)
