Eligibility
To be considered for this award, you must be enrolled in the second year of the Doctor of Philosophy – Science.
In 2026, the award is open to students in the schools of Chemistry, Maths & Stats and Physics.
Selection criteria
The award is offered to eligible students ranked highest by the selection panel based on the quality of their application.
Conditions
Students must agree to the University sharing their name and course details with the donor of their scholarship and provide a brief report on the benefits of the scholarship if requested.

How to apply
You must submit an application and include a personal statement addressing the benefit of your research to mankind, your CV with details about awards, distinctions and publications, a budget for proposed expenditure, and a statement of support from your GR supervisor.
