Summary
The John and Anne Gibson Prize was established with a gift from Eric JL Gibson, Esther Law and Aubrey HL Gibson in memory of John and Ellen Anne Gibson and is awarded to students who achieve the highest mark for the subject Design of Sustainable Structures.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this prize, you must:
- Be enrolled in a master by coursework degree in the Faculty of Engineering and Information
Technology - Have completed the subject Design of Sustainable Structures (or its successor).
Selection criteria
The prize is offered to the student(s) ranked highest based on their mark for the subject Design of Sustainable Structures (or its successor).
In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the student with the highest Weighted Average Mark (WAM) for the course.
In the interest of equitable distribution of scholarships, other scholarships or prizes received from the University by students are considered.
