Summary

This scholarship is to help Jazz & Improvisation or Interactive Composition graduates from the Fine Arts and Music Faculty to travel abroad and enjoy a measure of financial support during the early years of their careers. This scholarship is open for award biennially (in odd years).

Eligibility and selection criteria

Eligibility

To be considered for this fellowship, you must:

  • be a domestic Jazz & Improvisation or Interactive Composition graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music
  • have graduated within the four years prior to the application closing date

Selection criteria

Eligible applicants will be assessed on travel/project. In some years, a shortlist of applicants may be called upon to attend an interview. This is at the discretion of the selection committee and will be decided after the application closing date.
