This prize is awarded to an enrolled Research Higher Degree School of Physics student, who in the previous year completed research in a branch of study related to Experimental Physics, as part of a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Master of Science (Physics), or Postgraduate Diploma in Science (Physics).

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

    • Be enrolled in any one of the below University of Melbourne programs:
      • Master of Science (Physics), or
      • Master of Philosophy Science (Physics), or
      • Doctor of Philosophy Science (Physics).
    • Have completed a substantial research project in a branch of study related to Experimental Physics, in the previous year of any one of the below University of Melbourne programs:
      • Bachelor of Science (Honours); or
      • Postgraduate Diploma in Science (Physics); or
      • Master of Science (Physics).

    Selection criteria

    Eligible candidates will be ranked based on:

    • Academic Merit,
    • Demonstrated Research ability.
