The Practical Legal Training Grant supports domestic students enrolled in the final year of the Juris Doctor to undertake Practical Legal Training.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered, you must:
- Be enrolled in the final year of the Juris Doctor
- Be enrolled in all remaining subjects required for the Practical Legal Training Program
- Be enrolled in the Practical Legal Training (PLT) Program
- Not have previously received the Practical Legal Training Grant or Law Final Year Bursary
Selection criteria
The grant is offered to all Indigenous students and to other student(s) ranked highest based on their financial need using the approved University Student Financial Assessment process.
Conditions
Students must:
- Undertake the Practical Legal Training Program for which the grant was awarded
- Not receive any other financial support for the Practical Legal Training Program
Indigenous students must affirm and maintain their eligibility for support for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people. See: Confirming your eligibility.
