This scholarship supports Indigenous Australian students in the Master of Teaching or Indigenous Australian students undertaking research in Indigenous Education, with $6000 per year over the two-year duration of the course.

  • Eligibility & selection criteria

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to:

    • be an Indigenous Australian
    • have enrolled, or intend to enrol, in the 2020 intake of the Master of Teaching at the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, or
    • be an Indigenous Australian student undertaking research in Indigenous education

    Selection criteria

    Eligible applicants will be assessed on academic merit.

What are the benefits?

A living subsidy of approximately $6000 a year for the duration of the Master of Teaching or for up to two years of your research degree, based on full-time enrolment.
