Summary
The Make It Next: FTV Production Grant was established with a gift from Stephen Ho and is awarded to recent alumni and students who are enrolled in the final year of a Film and Television program at the Victorian College of the Arts to support the development of new screen-based projects.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this grant, you must:
- Be enrolled in the final year of, or have graduated within the last three years from, an undergraduate or graduate program in Film and Television at the Victorian College of the Arts.
Selection criteria
The grant is offered to the eligible applicant(s) ranked highest by the selection panel based on the strength and originality of the project, its potential audience, cultural or industry impact, its significance to the applicant's professional development, the capability of the individual or team, the feasibility of the project, and the extent to which the grant and VCA support will materially advance the work.
In the interest of equitable distribution of scholarships, other scholarships or prizes received from the University by candidates are considered.
Conditions
Payment will be made upon confirmation of travel or project commencement.
Recipients must agree to the University sharing their name and course details with the donor of their scholarship and provide a note of appreciation and a brief report on the benefits of the scholarship if requested.

You must submit an application and include:
- Concise Expression of Interest or professional pitch deck outlining the project, its creative and professional significance, the proposed team, the amount requested and how the grant will enable the work.
Shortlisted applicants will present their project to a selection panel.
