Summary

​​The Master of Contemporary Art Scholarship was established with a gift from Mr Mark Henry and is awarded to outstanding international students who are enrolling in the Master of Contemporary Art.​

Benefits

​​This ​scholarship​ provides a living allowance of $30,000 per year for two years, paid in half-yearly instalments of $15,000 in April and September.​

Eligibility

To be considered for this ​scholarship​, you must:

  • Have met the entry requirements and be enrolling in the Master of Contemporary Art in an Overseas Fee Place.

Selection criteria

The ​scholarship​ is offered to the eligible candidate(s) ranked highest ​by the selection panel based on​ their course entry score and portfolio.

In the interest of equitable distribution of scholarships, other scholarships or prizes received from the University by candidates are considered.

Conditions

​​This scholarship is subject to the University’s Coursework Scholarship Terms and Conditions and cannot be deferred. In addition, recipients must:

  • ​Agree to the University providing their name and course details with the donor of their scholarship and provide a note of appreciation and a brief report on the benefits of the scholarship prior to payment.​
