Summary
The MDHS Scholarship Fund - Rural Health (Indigenous MPH Facilitation Bursary) was established to support Indigenous students, undertaking part time University of Melbourne Master of Public Health, with local academic support through the Department of Rural Health in Shepparton.
This funds for this bursary are supported from the THE MEDICINE, DENTISTRY AND HEALTH SCIENCES SCHOLARSHIPS FUND

Eligibility
Applications are open to Indigenous students, with family carer responsibilities, undertaking a part time Master of Public Health, with local academic support through the Department of Rural Health in Shepparton.
Selection criteria
The student will need to demonstrate extent of family carer responsibilities, the degree of financial hardship and how the award of a bursary will facilitate the completion of the degree.

How to apply
To apply, students must:
- submit a Student Financial Assessment form, and
- complete the scholarship application form including a 500 word (maximum) statement about your family carer responsibilities, the degree of financial hardship and how the bursary will support you to finish your Master in Public Health.
