  • Eligibility & selection criteria

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

    • Be a domestic or international student
    • Be enrolled in the Melbourne JD at Melbourne Law School
    • Have a demonstrated disability or medical condition (or combination thereof) from the list below:
      • cancer
      • cerebrovascular disease
      • musculoskeletal disease
      • kidney disease
      • impaired mobility
      • are in recovery after a major operation or accident

    Selection criteria

    The scholarship is awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need.

    Note: Students who wish to be eligible for scholarships that consider financial need must submit the University of Melbourne’s Financial Assessment Form prior to submitting their application for Melbourne Law School scholarships.

  • Application process

    Applicants must submit an application with Melbourne Law School during the application period:

    Only one application is required - applicants do not need to submit individual applications for each available scholarship.

  • When will I know the outcome?

    Recipients will receive their outcome approximately one month after applications close.
