The Nicole Browne Award is offered to students with the best performance in assessed procedural skills as part of subject Transition to Practice, or its successor in the Doctor of Medicine.

Eligibility and selection criteria

Eligibility

To be considered for this award, you must:

  • be enrolled in MEDS90025 Transition to Practice, or its successor, in the award year
  • be undertaking clinical training at the Northern Clinical School
  • have achieved satisfactory performance in all procedural skills

Selection criteria

The award is offered to eligible students with the highest assessment scores for procedural skills in arterial puncture, urinary catheter, and basic life support.
