Summary

This scholarships provides support to a third year student of Bachelor of Fine Arts (Music Theatre) who is experiencing immediate disadvantaged circumstances. Preference is given to students who are high achieving.

Benefits

A payment of $10,000 paid in two equal instalments during the THIRD year of recipient's candidacy.

Students awarded this grant will be required to complete a letter of thanks to the donors of this award.

Eligibility

To be considered for this award, you must:

  • be currently enrolled in second year of a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Music Theatre)
  • demonstrate financial need

Selection criteria

Eligible applicants will be assessed on:

  • artistic merit
  • academic merit
  • financial need
  • likely success in completing the proposed course of study.

As with all scholarship applications requiring demonstration of financial need, you are strongly encouraged to also submit an online Student Financial Assistance Application by their closing date (early August). If you already have submitted a Student Financial Assistance Application in the last six months you do not need to apply again but you can update and re-submit your details before the closing date.
