This scholarship supports high-achieving full time students who are enrolled in the Master of Science (Earth Science) or a graduate research degree in Geosciences. Preference is given to students who are in financial need.

Eligibility and selection criteria

Eligibility

To be eligible for this award, students must be enrolled full time in the Master of Science (Earth Science) or its successor, or in a graduate research degree in the field of Geosciences

Selection criteria

Eligible candidates will be ranked based on:

  • Academic Merit: The scholarship is offered to eligible students with the highest course entry score based on prior academic performance
  • The applicant’s financial circumstances may also be considered. Please ensure you submit the Student Financial Assessment Form form by the due date.
  • When determining the successful candidate for this this award, other awards received by candidates may be considered.
