Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- be enrolled in a graduate research degree at the University of Melbourne
- intend to undertake fieldwork in Asia as part your graduate research degree
Selection criteria
Eligible candidates are selected on the basis of academic merit.
Conditions
- This scholarship can be held concurrently with another scholarship to undertake study related travel or fieldwork.
- You must undertake the proposed fieldwork in Asia. If the fieldwork is cancelled you must notify Stop 1 and may be required to return any payments made.
- You must provide a brief report on the benefits of the scholarship (on request) and give permission for the University to provide the report, your name and course details to the donor.
- You must acknowledge the support of the scholarship in any published or produced material which relate to the field work for which the scholarship was awarded.
