The Robert Gartly Healy Prizes was established by late Mary Leslie Essie Healy in memory of her late brother, Robert Gartly Healy MBBS (1914) who was a registered medical practitioner in Victoria.

Eligibility

To be eligible for these prizes, you must be enrolled in the Doctor of Medicine.

Selection criteria

The Robert Gartly Healy Prizes are awarded annually to the top student in each of the following Doctor of Medicine subjects:

  1. Surgery - Surgery term (Principles of Clinical Practice 2)
  2. Medicine - Transition to Practice (MEDS90025)
  3. Obstetrics - Women's Health term (Principles of Clinical Practice 3)
