The University of Melbourne and Ormond College offers an annual memorial scholarship for a fourth- year Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) student, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) student, or a final year student in the Bachelor of Commerce who is specialising in Economics.

  • Eligibility & selection criteria

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to:

    • be intending to undertake the Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Economics or the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics or be in the final year of the Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Economics
    • be a resident member of Ormond College (candidates do not need to be a resident at the time of application)

    Selection criteria

    The selection committee includes representatives from the Faculty of Business & Economics and Ormond College.

    Selection criteria is on the basis of academic merit and interview performance.

  • Application process
    • Students should submit an online application to the faculty including a cover letter, resume and academic record (available from the student portal)
    • Students must also apply for accommodation at Ormond College
