Summary
The T.W. Healy Award is offered to graduate researchers who are enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy in the School of Chemistry and are undertaking travel for the purpose of presenting their research at a conference. Preference is given to students pursuing research in the field of Colloid and Surface Chemistry.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this award, you must:
- Be enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy in the School of Chemistry and have met the requirements for confirmation of your candidature
- Have been accepted to present a paper or poster at a conference either in Australia or overseas.
Selection criteria
The award is offered to eligible graduate researchers ranked highest by the selection panel based on their application, the international standing of the conference, and their prior academic performance. Preference will be given to graduate researchers pursuing research in the field of Colloid and Surface Chemistry if ranked in the top 75% of applicants.
Conditions
Recipients must provide evidence of travel prior to receiving the payment and agree to the University sharing their name and course details with the donor of their scholarship.

How to apply
You must submit an application and include details of the proposed conference and a personal statement addressing the relevance of the conference presentation to your research.
Note: Graduate Researchers need to apply for Study Away if travelling for research-related activities away from the University.
