The Vam Deo Dhar Memorial Scholarship was established with a gift from Mr Vam Deo (Vic) Dhar, and is offered to international students studying either a Bachelor of Agriculture or Master of Agricultural Sciences.
About the donor
Mr Vam Deo (Vic) Dhar (1931-2007) was born in India and undertook his BAgrSc (1954) and MAgrSc (1955) at the University of Melbourne. He left funds for the establishment of a scholarship to support international students studying agriculture.

Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Be an international student
- Be enrolled full-time in either the Bachelor of Agriculture or the Master of Agricultural Sciences
Selection criteria
The scholarship is offered to the student(s) ranked highest by their weighted average mark (WAM) for their Bachelor of Agriculture or the Master of Agricultural Science degree.
