Summary
The W.E.J Craig Travelling Scholarship was established by an anonymous donor, and is awarded to students who are undertaking research in the area of animal husbandry at an overseas institution. Preference is given to student enrolling at Queen's University Belfast.
Benefits
A living allowance of around $35,000 per year for the duration of the overseas study, paid in two instalments in May and October. The value may be varied depending on the circumstances of the applicants and the annual gift income.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- be a graduate of the University of Melbourne
- have applied for a graduate research in the area of animal husbandry at an overseas institution
- not have completed a course of study at the same or higher level as the proposed overseas study.
Selection criteria
This scholarship is offered to the applicant(s) ranked highest by the selection panel based on their application, financial position and results for prior study. Preference is given to students intending to study at Queen's University Belfast.
