Summary
The Webuild Women in Engineering Scholarship is supported by Webuild and is awarded to talented domestic students who are enrolled in a graduate coursework degree in Civil Engineering and identify as women.
Benefits
This scholarship provides a living allowance of $15,000 per year for two years, paid in half-yearly instalments of $7500 in April and September.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
- Be enrolled in their first year of the Master of Civil Engineering
- Identify as a woman (cis-gender or transwomen) or non-binary.
Selection criteria
The scholarship is offered to the eligible candidate(s) ranked highest based on their personal statement and course WAM Weighted Average Mark, or entry score if in their first semester.
In the interest of equitable distribution of scholarships, other scholarships or prizes received from the University by candidates are considered.
Conditions
This scholarship is subject to the Engineering and IT Coursework Scholarship Terms and Conditions and cannot be deferred. In addition, recipients must:
- Agree to the University sharing their name and course details with the donor of their scholarship and provide a note of appreciation and a brief report on the benefits of the scholarship.
