The Wilin Scholarship, worth up to $8000, supports Indigenous students by alleviating costs that can be barriers to achieving a university education.

Eligibility and selection criteria

Eligibility

To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

  • Be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person by descent, identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, and be accepted as such by the community in which you live or have lived
  • Be enrolled in any discipline and year level within the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music

Selection criteria

Eligible applicants will be assessed on artistic and academic merit, career aspirations, financial need and likely success in completing the proposed course of study.

Apply online via the link below (link is visible only during the application open phase). Only ONE APPLICATION is required to be considered for the Wilin Scholarship, the VCA Scholarship Endowment Fund- Wilin Access and Gerda Nicholson (in triennial years).
